为了不断提高职工队伍素质,以适应生产发展形势的需要,摸索出一条适应工人生产技能培训的路子,我们厂在以往实际操作培训的基础上,对开展系统的工人岗位操作技能训练,从内容、形式、方法、考核上,进行了一些尝试和探索。借此,提出管见,以期商榷。一、技能训练的摸底和准备工作开展工人岗位技能训练,最终要落实到提高每一个生产者的素质上。为了做到“按需施教,学以致用”,“干啥学啥,缺啥补啥”,既要搞清训练对象的目前现状、需求情况、层次结构,也要明了生产对工人的要求。
