对平面磨削表面层残余应力进行了试验研究。在回归正交试验的基础上,建立了表面残余应力、表面层残余拉应力峰值与磨削用量(磨削深度、工作合纵向速度、横向进给量)之间的数学关系。从而为平面磨削表面层残余应力的预报与控制打下基础。
The residual stress of surface grinding surface layer was tested. On the basis of regression orthogonal experiment, the mathematical relationship between the surface residual stress, the peak residual stress of the surface layer and the grinding load (grinding depth, longitudinal working speed and transverse feed rate) was established. Which laid the foundation for the prediction and control of the residual stress of the surface grinding surface layer.
