证券市场的功能是实现上市公司优胜劣汰,同时进行资源优化配置。我国的退市制度与西方国家相比尚有差距,本文分析了*ST二重主动退市的过程与动机,并对经济新常态与供给侧改革新形势下我国退市制度的完善进行了展望。
The function of the securities market is to realize the survival of the fittest of listed companies and to optimize the allocation of resources at the same time. The delisting system in our country still has a gap compared with the western countries. This article analyzes the process and motivation of * ST dual active delisting, and looks forward to the perfection of China’s delisting system under the new economic normal and supply-side reform .
