采用内置高温热管进行热防护是一种新型高效热防护技术。该文首先给出了内置高温热管热防护结构的工作原理,建立了其结构模型温度场的计算方法,并对典型工况下的结构模型进行了温度场分析,进而研究了弦向热管失效对结构温度场的影响,同时对影响温度场和热防护效果的主要结构参数进行了计算分析。研究结果表明:采用稳态分析方法对结构进行设计计算和安全性评估是偏于安全的;机翼展向的热管不仅能极大地提高热防护的效果而且可以提高结构的可靠性;另外影响热防护效果最关键的参数是驻点与高温热管之间的最小距离。
The use of built-in high-temperature heat pipe for thermal protection is a new and efficient thermal protection technology. This paper first gives the working principle of built-in heat-protection structure of high-temperature heat pipe and establishes the calculation method of the temperature field of its structural model.
