一、坚持真实性原则真实性,是年鉴科学性的实质问题。年鉴作为社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设的录实,最重要的是保证其内容的真实性。它为今人服务于现实,要接受实践的检验;为后人研究今天,又要经受时间的检验。年鉴本身具有实践性很强的特点,其信息内容与实践紧密联系,并统一于实践。如果离开了真实性,经不起实践和时间的检验,年鉴就失去了社会价值,也就没有生命力。因此,真实性是年鉴第一位的要求。并且要将这个要求贯穿于年鉴编纂工作的全过程。
