攀西含稀土矿泥采用Na2SO3还原脱锰后,以NH4CI作为固体氯化剂氯化该脱锰矿泥中的稀土,水浸取回收稀土.考察了不同因素对稀土氯化的影响,同时研究了氯化过程的反应动力学.结果表明,氯化反应是界面化学反应控制的动力学类型,其动力学方程式符合界面化学反应的方程式1-(1-a)1/3=kt,反应的表观活化能为44.0kJ/mol.
Panxi containing rare earth slime by Na2SO3 reduction of manganese, with NH4CI as a solid chlorinating agent of the de-manganese ore in the rare earth, water leaching to recover rare earth. The effects of different factors on the chlorination of rare earths were investigated, and the reaction kinetics of chlorination was also studied. The results show that the chlorination reaction is the type of kinetics of interfacial chemical reaction control. The kinetic equation of the reaction is in accordance with the equation of 1- (1-a) 1/3 = kt of interfacial chemical reaction. The apparent activation energy of the reaction is 44.0kJ / mol.
