本文以MB1420型外圆磨床砂轮主轴部件为对象,概述了简化力学模型。在集中参数模型的基础上采用传递矩阵法,编制了计算机床主轴部件动态性能的计算机程序。通过计算获得了该主轴部件的静刚度、固有频率和振型及在受迫振动下的幅频特性和幅相频特性,进而对该主轴部件动态性能进行了评定,获得了其抗振能力较差的结果。计算与实际使用情况及实验结果基本相同,并进一步说明了所选力学模型和编制的计算机程序是可信的,方法是可行的。
In this paper, MB1420 cylindrical grinding wheel spindle components for the object, an overview of the simplified mechanical model.
