眼内异物的X 线定位方法很多,如巴尔金氏法,斯维特氏法,角膜缝环法等。其中以缝环法定位准确可靠,但该法需缝环、拆环,给病人造成痛苦。我们采用软角膜接触镜和细毫针制成的金属环做成软角膜镜定位器做×线定位。在1990年至1992年,我们用这种方法做眼内异物定位共70例,效果满意。现介绍如下。材料:选质地较厚的软角膜接触镜一只和细长的针刺针一根。制法:把细毫针紧绕在一直径11mm 或12mm的棍(如钢笔杆)上一周,用止血钳固定,然后把弯
