1台D475A-5型推土机配置SA12V140-1型柴油机(输出功率641kW)。该柴油机在长时间连续工作后,便产生高温现象,尤其在环境温度较高时,高温现象更加频繁。为此决定对其散热系统进行改进。1.改进散热器的热交换能力(1)改进散热管排列方式原散热器散热管为D型排列,共有7列、154排,散热管间距为10mm。改进后散热管为G型排列,共有7列、143排,散热管间距为10.5mm。改进排列方式后的散热管,可增加散热管之间空气通过量,有效降低水温2.5℃左右。
