2002年6月8日,上海交通大学隆重举行法学院正式成立仪式。同时举行“法治国建设进程:21世纪中国的法制发展”学术研讨会。参加研讨会的有来自全国各地的法学专家、法学教育家及兄弟法学院校的校长、院长,及来自日本法学教育界的同行。与会者围绕着21世纪中国的法制发展这一主题。从不同学科的角度做了主题发言,透视和展望我国法治国建设的进程,对各专业领域的前沿热点问题进行了研讨,提出了不少有价值的观点,现简要综述如下:
June 8, 2002, Shanghai Jiaotong University held a grand ceremony formally established law school. At the same time held “the construction of law and order state: the development of China’s legal system in the 21st century” seminar. Participants in the seminar included legal experts from all over the country, law school educators and principals and deans of fraternal law schools and their counterparts from the Japanese law education community. The participants revolved around the theme of the development of China’s legal system in the 21st century. Made speeches from different disciplines, looked into and looked forward to the process of constructing the country under the rule of law, discussed the frontier hot issues in various fields of expertise, and put forward many valuable points of view.
