为了更好地实施科教兴国战略,认真贯彻党中央、国务院关于《深化教育改革,全面推进索质教育的决定》,我校展开了素质教育的研究和探索。在探索中我们发现,后进生的存在已严重影响了素质教育的推广,同时他们中的一小部分极易流失到社会中,增大了社会的不安定因素。面对严峻的现实,我觉得应该及时调整思想,努力探索转化后进生的有效途径。那么在新形势下如何转变后进生呢?我认为:一、“爱生”与“知生”相结合是转化后进生的前提 In order to better implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and conscientiously implement the CPC Central Committee and State Council’s “Deepening education reform and promoting the quality-oriented education in an all-round way,” our university has conducted quality education research and exploration.
