“工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习”是推动我国职业教育发展的行之有效的人才培养模式。根据《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》、《广东省高等学校学生实习与毕业生就业见习条例》等文件精神,学生在校内完成必需的专业教学后,学校统一组织学生到企业进行工作实践,在教师指导和企业培养下,提升岗位能力和职业能力,使学生成长为合格的职业人才。
