本文通过对山东省１５１９户居民户主的有效调查，了解新形势下农村居民对推行合作医疗的意向和态度，找出影响其意愿的因素，以期为下一步推广制定各种政策提供参考依据。研究发现，９１．８％的居民认为合作医疗制度好和较好，９１．３％的人愿意参加合作医疗，认为合作医疗的好处是解决经济负担的比例占５７％，对合作医疗所担心的问题主要集中在交上钱得不到服务和不能解决经济负担上。通过逐步回归发现影响居民意愿的因素主要为一些有关发病和就诊的变量，而对于性别、年龄、文化程度、职业等因素影响不明显。
This article through an effective survey of 1519 household heads of households in Shandong Province, to understand the rural residents in the new situation of the intention and attitude of the implementation of cooperative medical care, to identify the factors that affect their wishes, with a view to the next step to promote the development of various policies to provide a reference basis. The study found that 91.8% of the residents believe that the cooperative medical system is good and good, 91.3% are willing to participate in cooperative medical care, and that the benefit of cooperative medical care is to account for 57% of the economic burden, and they are worried about cooperative medical care. The problems are mainly concentrated in the fact that the payment of money is not serviced and the economic burden cannot be solved. Through gradual regression, it was found that the main factors that affected the residents’ willingness were some variables related to morbidity and visits, but there was no significant effect on gender, age, education level, occupation and other factors.
