在常压、250℃下考察了用浸渍法制备的Cu(im)/SiO_2和~(im)/Al_2O_3催化剂及用离子交换法制备的Cu(ex)/SiO_2催化剂上甲酵脱氢制甲酸甲酯的催化活性和选择性。实验结果表明,用离子交换法制得的Cu(ex)/SiO_2的催化活性和选择性均高于浸渍法催化剂。从TPR谱图看,Cu(ex)SiO_2只有一个还原峰,而Cu(im)/SiO_2有两个还原峰。其低温峰相当于交换Cu~(2+),高温峰相当于沉淀Cu~(2+)。Cu(im)/Al_2O_3在铜含量低时只有一个还原峰,铜含量高时出现高温峰。
Under normal pressure and at 250 ℃, the formation of formic acid A was studied by Cu (im) / SiO 2 and im / Al 2 O 3 catalysts prepared by impregnation and Cu (ex) / SiO 2 catalyst prepared by ion exchange Ester Catalytic Activity and Selectivity. The experimental results show that the catalytic activity and selectivity of Cu (ex) / SiO 2 obtained by ion exchange method are higher than that of impregnation catalyst. From the TPR spectra, Cu (ex) SiO_2 has only one reduction peak, while Cu (im) / SiO_2 has two reduction peaks. The low temperature peak is equivalent to exchanging Cu ~ (2+), and the high temperature peak is equivalent to the precipitation of Cu ~ (2+). Cu (im) / Al_2O_3 has only one reduction peak at low copper content and a high temperature peak at high copper content.
