本文简述了用挤压轧制法制取钼管的工艺流程。其中试验了粉末冶金、二次真空电孤熔炼、一次电子轰击再真空电弧炉重熔和两次电子轰击坯锭,并作了初步的评价。在三辊轧管机上采用氢气——压缩空气火焰的加热法轧制出了外径8~21毫米、壁厚0.3~1.5毫米、长2米左右的各种规格钼管,证明焰气加热法是可行的,并初步认定有利于钼管轧制的工具孔型。
This article describes the extrusion process with molybdenum pipe manufacturing process.
