目的评价周宁县碘缺乏病健康教育项目实施效果。方法按《2012年福建省地方病防治项目技术实施方案》要求,抽取3个项目乡(镇),各乡(镇)抽取5年级学生30名及家庭主妇15名进行碘缺乏病防治知识问卷基线调查。协调乡村干部、医生和教师等,参与健康教育项目活动之后进行效果评价。结果通过健康教育,学生及家庭主妇对碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率由干预前的46.3%和41.8%,提高到干预后的94.4%和91.1%。学生防治知识主要来源于学校健康教育课;家庭主妇主要来源于孩子和宣传单。结论实施碘缺乏病健康教育效果显著,但健康教育工作任重道远。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education project of iodine deficiency disorders in Zhouning County. Methods According to the requirements of “Technical Enforcement Plan for Endemic Diseases in Fujian Province in 2012”, three project townships (towns) and 30 fifth grade housewives and 15 housewives were selected from each township to conduct a baseline survey of knowledge on prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders . Coordination of village cadres, doctors and teachers, to participate in health education project activities after the effectiveness evaluation. Results Through health education, the awareness rate of students and housewives on the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders increased from 46.3% and 41.8% before intervention to 94.4% and 91.1% after intervention. Student prevention and control knowledge comes mainly from school health education classes; housewives come mainly from children and leaflets. Conclusion The effect of health education on iodine deficiency disorders is significant, but the health education has a long way to go.
