应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR) 技术, 对3 个杂交稻组合及其相应亲本的核DNA 进行了分析, 筛选出9 个随机扩增多态性DNA (RAPD) 随机引物和1 对简单重复序列(SSR) 引物, 可对供试材料进行真伪和纯度鉴定。该技术具有快速、简便、准确的特点, 每人每天可测定180 份样品, 适用于杂交稻种子的商业化鉴定。
The nuclear DNA of three hybrid rice combinations and their corresponding parents were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and 9 randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) random primers and 1 simple repeat (SSR) primers, the authenticity of the material can be authenticated and purity identification. The technology is fast, easy and accurate. It can measure 180 samples per person per day and is suitable for the commercial identification of hybrid rice seeds.
