招展组团就是招揽参展者,组织展览团。招展组团工作是集体展出的一项重要工作。招展工作的好坏与参展公司的数量和质量有着直接的关系.组团工作的好坏对展览工作的效率有直接影响,因此应当重视并认真做好招展组团工作。做好招展组团工作的基本条件和要求是:项目要合适,宣传要充分,标准要实际,选择要慎重,管理要认真。工作做到家、展出效果好,就能建立起信誉,招展组团工作就会容易些。否则,招展组团工作将困难重重。招展组团工作切忌短期观念和欺骗行为。
