电子计算机的迅速发展,使人类活动的各个领域正在发生着深刻的变化。微型电子计算机与仪器仪表有机结合,使仪器仪表智能化,从而使测试技术与自动控制系统飞速前进。而我国在电机噪声振动的测试与数据处理方面比较落后,人工读数、人工用计算器处理数据、手写试验报告既麻烦,又不准确,可信性差,在技术比较先进的国家,手写报告已不予承认。因此我国现状急待改变。“噪声振动微机测量系统”的研制成功,使我国的电机噪声振动测试技术向前迈出可喜的一步。并为进一步发展奠定了基础。这个装置能自动采集电机的噪声振动数据,自动按国际标准和国家标准进行数据处理、自动打印出测试报告,并将结果自动存贮起来,为建立电机行业电机的噪声、振动数据库迈出了第一步。
