为进一步提高党校教学质量和教学管理水平,以贵州省委党校为例,对中共贵州省委党校2013年秋季学期主体班学员代表和贵州县级党校教学管理人员代表就中共贵州省委党校在实际工作中凸显的问题进行调研,发现学员与教学管理人员的意见和建议既存在共同点也存在差异。共同点是要注重综合运用多种教学方式,提高教学的针对性;要理论结合实际,深入浅出地教学;要注重对省委党校教师的培训。差异在于教学管理人员主张省委党校应该加大对县级党校的业务指导和支持力度,学员强调应该妥善处理好教学评估和教学管理工作中的细节问题。
In order to further improve the teaching quality and teaching management level of the Party School, taking Guizhou Provincial Party School as an example, this paper analyzes the main participants of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee School and the county party school teaching administrators in the fall semester of 2013, The problems highlighted in the work were investigated and found that the opinions and suggestions of trainees and teaching managers both have commonalities and differences. The common point is to pay attention to the comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods to improve teaching targeted; to combine theory with practice, layman’s language teaching; to pay attention to the training of provincial party school teachers. The difference is that teaching managers advocate that the provincial party schools should increase their business guidance and support for county-level party schools. Students stressed that the details of teaching evaluation and teaching management should be properly handled.
