研究了用于铝合金浇注模的铸造 H13钢(简称 CH13钢)的回火转变和回火中析出的碳化物。结果表明由于铸钢的成份偏析使显微组织与锻造态 H13钢相比有不同之处。CH13钢在550~660℃区间回火时析出的碳化物有五种:MC、M_2C、M_7C_3、M_6C 和 M_23C_6,550℃左右温度回火时析出的 MC 和 M_2C 型合金碳化物使材料产生二次硬化。CH13钢具有良好的耐回火性,能满足铝合金浇注模的使用要求。
The carbides precipitated during the tempering transformation and tempering of cast H13 steel (referred to as CH13 steel) for aluminum alloy casting molds were studied. The results show that due to segregation of cast steel microstructure and forging H13 steel compared to the differences. There are five kinds of carbides precipitated in the tempered steel of CH13 steel at 550-660 ℃: MC, M_2C, M_7C_3, M_6C and M_23C_6, MC and M_2C alloy carbides precipitated at the temperature of about 550 ℃, hardening. CH13 steel has good resistance to tempering, to meet the requirements of the use of aluminum casting mold.
