复旦大学苏东水教授认为,中国传统管理哲学强调以人为核心的尊重人、爱护人、关心人,重视人的价值、鼓励创新,充分体现了中国自古就有的人本管理思想。这种思想流传到西方得以发展,形成了整合东西方思想的新的人本管理思想,这可朔源到行为科学理论。在人类社会步入知识经济时代的今天,管理理论和实践都聚集在一个焦点上,即人是企业发展的根本。以人为本的管理思想对现代企业制度的建立以及日常经营管理行为的规范具有重要的借鉴意
According to Professor Su Dongshui of Fudan University, the traditional Chinese management philosophy emphasizes people-centered respect, caregivers, people, valuing human values and encouraging innovation, which fully reflects the humanistic management thought ever existing in China. This idea spread to the West to be developed, the formation of a new idea of the integration of Eastern and Western ideas of human management, which can be derived from the theory of behavioral science. Today, as human society enters the era of knowledge-based economy, management theory and practice are all focused on the point that people are the foundation of enterprise development. People-oriented management thought has important reference to the establishment of modern enterprise system and the norms of daily operation and management behavior
