目的:总结出黄芪最适宜育苗环境区域,筛选出不同气候区域最适宜育苗模式。结果:黄芪在不同气候区域育苗,其产量和质量表现排序为湿润区>半湿润区>灌溉区>冷凉干旱区>温和半干旱区>温和干旱区;不同育苗模式处理间,地膜育苗优于露地育苗。结论:在陇西自然条件下,黄芪育苗最适宜区域为半湿润、湿润区和灌溉区,其次为土壤水分蒸发量较小的冷凉干旱区;地膜育苗,冷凉干旱区5.0 cm口径打孔育苗模式最佳,半湿润、湿润区和灌溉区7.5 cm口径打孔育苗模式最佳。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the most suitable environment for breeding seedlings of Astragalus, screen out the most suitable breeding patterns in different climate regions. Results: The results showed that the yield and quality of Astragalus mongholicus in different climatic zones were ranked in order of humid area> semi-humid area> irrigated area> cold and dry area> moderate and semi-arid area> mild arid area. Open nursery. Conclusion: Under the natural conditions in Longxi, the most suitable area for the growth of Radix Astragali was semi-humid, wetting and irrigating areas, followed by cold and arid areas with less soil water evaporation; Optimal mode, semi-humid, moist area and irrigation area 7.5 cm perforation best breeding mode.
