卫监督发[2006]47号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局,卫生部卫生监督中心、中国疾病预防控制中心:为加强化妆品卫生监督管理,根据《化妆品卫生监督条例》规定和2005年化妆品专项整治情况,我部决定今年继续开展化妆品专项整治工作。现将有关要求通知如下:
Health Supervision and Administration [2006] No. 47 Health Departments of Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Health Bureau, Health Supervision Center of the Ministry of Health and China Center for Disease Control and Prevention: To strengthen the supervision and management of cosmetic hygiene, according to the “Cosmetic Hygiene Supervision Regulations” The regulations and the special rectification of cosmetics in 2005, the Ministry decided to continue to carry out special rectification of cosmetics this year. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:
