针对目前国内中型煤粉炉运行效率偏低的问题 ,通过详细推导 ,得到了送风量改变时锅炉热效率变化的趋势。并在此基础上 ,提出了固态排渣煤粉炉运行优化主导因素法。为验证该方法 ,设计了基于主导因素法的、适合中型煤粉炉使用的计算机监控系统。该系统增加了一些必要测点 ,对关键测点进行故障诊断 ,并对优化结果进行自学习 ,以达到运行优化的目的。该系统已成功应用于青岛碱厂自备电站130 t/ h煤粉炉 ,提高了锅炉运行效率。主导因素法简单易行 ,适于在国内的中型煤粉炉上推广应用 ,在其它类型的锅炉上也很有参考价值
Aiming at the problem of low operating efficiency of medium-sized pulverized coal furnace in our country, through the detailed derivation, the change trend of boiler thermal efficiency is obtained when air supply is changed. On this basis, the paper puts forward the law of dominant factor for the operation optimization of solid state slagging pulverized coal furnace. In order to validate this method, a computer monitoring system based on dominant factor method and suitable for medium-sized pulverized coal fired furnace was designed. The system adds some necessary measuring points, performs fault diagnosis of key measuring points, and self-learns the optimization results to achieve the purpose of operation optimization. The system has been successfully applied to Qingdao Soda Plant owned 130 t / h pulverized coal fired boilers, improve the boiler operating efficiency. The dominant factor method is simple and easy to apply, suitable for popularization and application in medium-sized pulverized coal stoves in China, and is also of great reference value on other types of boilers
