随着全球经济的快速发展,使得企业之间的竞争越来越强,企业之间的相互竞争也已经有了新的概念,不再只是技术与产品的竞争,而且人力资源的竞争,因为产品与技术都是人员研发的,企业服务也是人员提供的,因此而言人力资源是企业发展的重要资本,促进着企业稳定的发展。本文笔者对企业人力资源的资本化,做了简单的论述。
