阿霉素(ADM)制成明胶磁性微球后,在适当的外磁场下,将微球经动脉导管注入肝肾肿瘤部位进行磁性动脉栓塞,可提高抗癌药物疗效。文献报道的阿霉素含量测定方法有荧光分光光度法、薄层—荧光光谱法、高压渡相色谱法等。但明胶磁性微球中ADM的分析方法未见报道。由于ADM具有多环共扼结构,本文对其进行荧光定量分析,旨在建立准确、灵敏、专一的分析方法,以满足制剂质量控制的需要。
Adriamycin (ADM) made of gelatin magnetic microspheres, the appropriate external magnetic field, the microspheres through the arterial catheter into the liver and kidney tumor site for magnetic artery embolization, can improve the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs. Reported in the determination of doxorubicin method fluorescence spectrophotometry, TLC - fluorescence spectroscopy, high pressure phase chromatography and so on. However, the analysis of ADM in gelatin magnetic microspheres has not been reported. Because ADM has a polycyclic conjugated structure, this article carries on the fluorescence quantitative analysis, aims to establish the accurate, sensitive, the specialized analysis method, in order to satisfy the preparation quality control need.
