为观察无花果多糖 (FCPS)对小鼠细胞免疫功能影响。给环磷酰胺抑制小鼠及应激小鼠 ig FCPS,检测小鼠的迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)。 FCPS能增强环磷酰胺、应激所致免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。证明 FCPS能增强细胞介导的免疫反应。
To observe the effects of FCPS on the cellular immune function in mice. Cyclophosphamide inhibited ig FCPS in mice and stress mice and detected delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice. FCPS can enhance delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions in mice with immune dysfunction caused by cyclophosphamide and stress. It has been demonstrated that FCPS can enhance cell-mediated immune responses.
