截至2012年底,我国已有商级技师113.9万人、技师531.9万人、高级工2792.8万人,高技能人才占技能劳动者的比例为25.7%,伹仍与美国、日本等工业发达国家存在差距。宁波的文具产值占全国1/4,塑机产值占全国1/3、全国1/8的空调和1/3的小家电也出自这里,有着中国“文具之都”“塑机之都”“模具之都”等诸多美誉,而发达的制造业背后则需要一支庞大的高技能人才队伍提供支撑,助力远行。“加快培养蓝领工人是一项系统工程,需要政府、企业、院校和社会的共同参与,形成政府引导、企业主体、院校基础、社会配合的工作机制。”在刚刚结束的宁波人才科技周上,宁波市委组织部副部长、市人力资源和社会保障局局长林雅莲接受了本刊记者专访。
