在山西省平鲁区有个声名远扬的先达企业集团总公司,它是本区二轻系统的井西煤矿以其雄厚实力兼并该系统濒临倒闭的其它企业,于1994年2月组建成立的,目前拥有15个成员企业。这个公司虽然运行才1年时间,但却充分显示出了它的规模效益。截止到1994年底,该公司完成工业总产值2787.63万元,实现利税245.17万元。“先达”是靠什么力挽狂澜,使一个个成员企业由衰转兴,走上了健康发展的轨道呢?答曰:向管理要效益!
