主要运用问卷调查法收集了福建省三地市20-59岁成年人的体育锻炼行为数据,通过将其分为不锻炼类、锻炼但非体育人口类和体育人口类三个组别,对该群体的行为统计学变量特征进行了统计分析描述,发现不同锻炼类别的各行为统计学变量均有显著差异。
The questionnaires are mainly used to collect the physical activity data of 20-59-year-old adults in three cities of Fujian Province. The data are divided into three groups: non-exercise class, exercise group, non-physical class and sports population. Statistical analysis of the characteristics of the group’s behavioral statistical variables were conducted and found that there were significant differences among the various behavioral statistical variables in different exercise categories.
