近期,国家发展与改革委员会对参与2001-2006年国际卡特尔联盟的六家生产液晶面板跨国公司进行了处罚,提高了中国反垄断法的效力和威慑力。本文认为,价格卡特尔是反垄断法的重中之重,中国反垄断法对各类企业有一体适用的效力。这个案件的查处有助于中国反垄断法的完善,提高中国反垄断法的地位和权威。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) imposed penalties on six LCD panel multinationals that participated in the International Cartel Coalition in 2001-2006, raising the effectiveness and deterrence of China’s antitrust law. This article argues that the price of cartels is the top priority of the antitrust law and that the antitrust law of China has the effect of applying the antitrust laws to all kinds of enterprises. The investigation of this case will help improve the antitrust law in China and enhance the status and authority of China’s antitrust law.
