数控车床具有高精度和高效率的特点,故被各类企业广泛应用。原有的普通车床在功能、工作效率上已经不能满足客户的要求,所以必须更新或者改造。对原有普通车床进行改造相比较更换新的车床成本低,同时能满足工艺要求。所以,研究数控车床的改造思路及技术具有非常重要的现实意义。因此,本文从数控技术改造的目的和意义出发,分析了数控机床的工作原理及组成,并介绍了进行数控机床改造的主要内容。最后通过实例,重点分析了一种普通车床两用型数控改造的思路和方法。
CNC lathes with high precision and high efficiency, it is widely used by various types of enterprises. The original ordinary lathe in the function, efficiency has been unable to meet customer requirements, it must be updated or modified. Compared with the original lathe to transform the new lathe to replace the low cost, at the same time to meet the technical requirements. Therefore, the study of CNC lathe transformation ideas and techniques has very important practical significance. Therefore, based on the purpose and significance of NC technology transformation, this paper analyzes the working principle and composition of CNC machine tools, and introduces the main content of NC machine tool transformation. Finally, through an example, the author mainly analyzes the ideas and methods of a kind of common lathe dual-purpose CNC retrofit.
