小学音乐教育的目的,不是培植音乐家,也不是单纯的学会音乐技能,而是培养小学生对音乐的兴趣和热爱。少年儿童是祖国的未来和民族的希望,其法制观念的强弱、法律素质的高低,直接影响一个国家法制建设民主化、科学化程度。因此,在音乐教学中,也要通过多种途径进行法制教育,积极探索音乐教育与法制教育相结合的方法,从而达到法制教育的目的。 The purpose of primary school music education is not to cultivate musicians nor to simply learn music skills. Rather, it is to cultivate pupils’ interest and love for music. The children and adolescents are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. The strength and weakness of the concept of legal system and the level of legal quality directly affect the democratization and scientific degree of the legal construction of a country. Therefore, in music teaching, we should also conduct legal education through various channels and actively explore ways to combine music education with legal education so as to achieve the goal of legal education.
