对狂犬病国内普遍的预防措施是伤后注射狂犬疫苗或联合使用抗狂犬病血清 ,虽然抗狂犬病血清的免疫效果已得到公认 ,但其过敏反应较多 ,使用时受很大的限制。为寻找更好的免疫方法 ,我们将狂犬疫苗与抗狂犬病免疫球蛋白 (ＨＲＩＧ)联合应用 ,探讨其血清学免疫效果。现将结果报告
