文章介绍了一种以一次二阶矩理论为数学基础建立的机械强度优化设计中的可靠性约束条件。该条件具有直观、易于控制的特点。基于此条件建立的数学模型可以根据不同情况和要求调整约束强度,以满足各种设计的需要。在此基础上进行的桥式起重机箱形主梁的优化算例较好地反映了其约束效果。
In this paper, the reliability constraints of a mechanical strength optimization design based on the first order second moment theory are introduced. This condition is intuitive and easy to control. The mathematical model based on this condition can adjust the constraint strength according to different situations and requirements to meet the needs of various designs. Based on this, the optimal example of the bridge girder box girder reflects its restraint effect well.
