目的:分析丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:抽取许昌市第二人民医院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的急性脑梗死患者70例，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组给予丹参注射液治疗，并给予降糖、降压治疗维持血糖、血压稳定，给予脱水剂维持水电解质平衡。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用依达拉奉治疗。所有患者均治疗2周。比较两组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分降低45%以上的时间，住院时间，治疗前后患者NIHSS评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数、总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组NIHSS评分降低45%以上的时间为(6.25±1.21)d，住院时间为(14.19±2.51)d，均短于对照组的(9.51±2.91)、(18.25±3.18)d，n P<0.05。治疗后，观察组NIHSS评分[(12.56±0.21)分]低于对照组[(16.51±0.78)分]，日常生活能力Barthel指数(94.19±4.35)高于对照组(87.45±4.21)，总有效率(94.29%，33/35)高于对照组(74.29%，26/35)，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)。n 结论:丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的有效性高，可有效减轻患者的神经功能缺损程度，提高患者的日常生活能力，且安全性高。“,”Objective:To analyze the effect of Danshen injection combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Xuchang Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. And they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was treated with Danshen injection, and they were given hypoglycemic and anti-hypertensive drugs for stability of blood glucose and blood pressure, dehydrating agent for balance of water-electrolyte. The observation group was treated with edaravone based on the treatment of the control group. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. The time of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score decreasing more than 45%, length of hospital stay, preoperative and postoperative NIHSS score, Barthel index of daily living ability, total effective rate, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of NIHSS score decreased by more than 45% in the observation group was (6.25±1.21)d, and the hospital stay was (14.19±2.51)d, which were shorter than the (9.51±2.91)d and (18.25±3.18)d, correspondingly, in the control group (n P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group (12.56±0.21) was lower than that of the control group (16.51±0.78), and the Barthel index of daily living ability (94.19±4.35) was higher than that of the control group (87.45±4.21),n P<0.05. The total effective rate of observation group (94.29%, 33/35) was higher than that of control group (74.29%, 26/35),n P0.05).n Conclusions:Danshen injection combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit, and improve the daily living ability of patients, with high safety.
