本文对520起铁路路外伤亡事故进行了回顾性研究,结果显示发生路外伤亡事故与时间、线路状况、人为因素以及其他客观因素有一定的关系.在路外伤亡事故中,撞击和碾轧两种致伤方式最为常见,由此造成的撞击伤和碾轧伤是该事故损伤的典型表现,颅脑损伤的多态性也是其特征之一.
In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed 520 fatal accidents outside the railway line. The results showed that there was a certain relationship between accidents and time, line condition, human factors and other objective factors. Among casualties on the road, impact and rolling are the two most common ways of injury. The impact injury and rolling injury are the typical manifestations of the injury. The polymorphism of traumatic brain injury is also one of the characteristics.
