以Fe-Nb-Ti高强IF钢为研究对象,在实验室制备含稀土La和不含稀土La的两种成分试验冷轧带,在Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机上对两试验钢进行连续退火试验,研究了稀土La和退火工艺对IF钢组织的影响。结果表明:稀土La的添加阻碍了IF钢的再结晶过程,使再结晶晶粒尺寸更加细小,含La钢再结晶平均晶粒尺寸为8.24μm,不加La钢再结晶平均晶粒尺寸为11.08μm。随退火温度升高和保温时间延长,IF钢再结晶更加充分,更有利于再结晶组织趋于均匀化。
Taking Fe-Nb-Ti high-strength IF steel as the research object, cold-rolled strip was prepared in the laboratory with two components of rare earth La and non-rare earth La, and the two test steels were continuously annealed on a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine The effects of rare earth La and annealing process on the microstructure of IF steel were studied. The results show that the addition of rare earth La interferes with the recrystallization of IF steel and makes the recrystallized grain size smaller. The average recrystallization grain size of La recrystallized steel is 8.24μm. The average grain size of recrystallized La steel without recrystallization is 11.08 μm. With the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, IF steel recrystallization more fully, more conducive to the recrystallization organization tends to be uniform.
