航天器电缆网生产方式包括:单根电缆生产与三维立体模型电缆生产。单根电缆的生产方式存在加工余量较大的问题,而三维立体模型电缆生产所需的生产周期较长。结合以上两种电缆生产方式的优劣点进行了航电器电缆网平面化生产工艺技术研究。研究结果表明:相比三维立体模型生产工艺,平面化生产工艺可明显缩短电缆生产周期;相比单根电缆生产工艺,平面化工艺生产的电缆长度与实际所需长度误差可控制在10%以内、电缆加工状态与实际安装状态的一致率达80%以上。
Spacecraft cable network production methods include: a single cable production and three-dimensional model of cable production. There is a problem that a single cable has a large machining allowance, and a long production cycle is required for three-dimensional model cable production. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the above two kinds of cable production methods, the paper studies the technology of planarization production technology of avionics cable network. The results show that compared with the three-dimensional model production process, the planarization process can significantly shorten the cable production cycle; Compared with a single cable production process, the error between the length of the cable produced by the planarization process and the actual required length can be controlled within 10% , Cable processing state and the actual state of the installation of the same rate of 80% or more.
