以镍为催化剂的加、脱氢活性组分,钼为助催化组分,丝光沸石为载体,制备了Ni-Mo-HM双非贵金属催化剂,用於正戊烷的异构化反应。考察了催化剂的残钠量,镍、钼含量,以及反应条件对正戊烷异构化反应的影响。应用正交法设计试验,在最佳反应温度300℃、压力2.0MPa、空速1.0h-1和氢烃摩尔比4.0的条件下,正戊烷转化率为67.5%;异构烷选择性95.5%;≥C5异构烷产率63.8%;≥C5液收率94.5%。在100ml装置上连续反应1000h,催化剂的性能稳定。
Ni-Mo-HM double non-noble metal catalysts were prepared for the isomerization of n-pentane using nickel as catalyst, dehydrogenation active component, molybdenum as cocatalyst and mordenite as carrier. The effects of reaction conditions on n-pentane isomerization reaction were investigated. Orthogonal design method was used to test the conversion of n-pentane to 67.5% under the optimal reaction temperature of 300 ℃, pressure of 2.0 MPa, space velocity of 1.0 h-1 and molar ratio of hydrogen to hydrogen of 4.0. Isoparose selectivity 95.5%; ≥ C5 isoparaffin yield 63.8%; ≥ C5 liquid yield 94.5%. Continuous reaction in 100ml device 1000h, the catalyst performance and stability.
