三十多年来,我们创作了数以千计的话剧剧本,出现过一批遐迩闻名的作者,但过了一段时间,很多人和戏都销声匿迹了。一个重要原因,就是我们的编导队伍缺乏学问修养,愈来愈“非学者化”。因此,要发展和繁荣话剧,在当前要看重解决编导队伍的“非学者化”问题。只有使他们象前辈戏剧大师那样——“文通古今,学贯中西”,才能创造出高水平的话剧艺术精品。
For more than three decades, we have created thousands of scripts for the drama and some of the best-known authors have appeared. But over time, many people and plays have disappeared. An important reason is that our editorial team lacks academic knowledge and becomes more and more “non-scholarly.” Therefore, in order to develop and prosper the drama, we should attach importance to solving the “non-scholarization” of the editorial team at present. Only by making them like the great masters of the ancestors- “Wen Tong ancient and modern, learn from both China and the West” can we create a high quality drama art.
