Recently, we conducted investigations on various types of enterprises in the city (including foreign-funded, private, township, and state-owned enterprises). In the investigation, it was found that most of the managers (managers) of the state-owned enterprises in our city made great contributions to the development of the enterprise by virtue of their party spirit and their hard work. However, many state-owned enterprise managers (managers) are in a state of diminished morale and fear of difficulties compared with the directors (managers) of foreign-funded, private, and township-owned enterprises.
