为贯彻执行“改革、开放、搞活”的方针,加速推动我国机床工具行业由产品经济的经营机制朝有计划商品经济经营机制的转变,鼓励竞争,促进行业的技术进步,更好地为国内外用户服务,中国机床工具工业协会(筹)在国家机械委机床工具工业局指导与支持下,订于1988年3月3～17日在北京农业展览馆举办“中国机床工具博览会”(以下简称博览会)。为加强对博览会的组织领导,以机械委丁孝浓副主任为名誉主任委员、梁训瑄局长为主任委员的博览会委员会已经在京组成。
