目的分析本院的铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床分布及耐药性变迁。方法对2004～2008年间所分离498株铜绿假单胞菌用Walkaway40型全自动细菌分析系统进行鉴定及药敏,测其对12种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度。判断结果依据美国国家临床试验是标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准进行。结果铜绿假单胞菌对丁胺卡那、亚胺培南、头孢吡肟耐药率最低;对环丙沙星、妥布霉素、哌拉西林、他唑巴坦、哌拉西林耐药率也较低,铜绿假单胞菌对其他抗生素耐药率则超过50%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药问题日趋严重,加强对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药检测已刻不容缓。
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in our hospital. Methods 498 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from 2004 to 2008 were identified and susceptible to antibacterial activity using the Walkaway 40 automatic bacterial analysis system. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 12 antibiotics were determined. Judgments based on the United States National Clinical Trial is the standardization committee (NCCLS) to develop standards. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the lowest rate of resistance to amikacin, imipenem and cefepime. The resistance to ciprofloxacin, tobramycin, piperacillin, tazobactam, piperacillin The rate is also lower, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is more than 50% resistant to other antibiotics. Conclusion The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is more and more serious. It is urgent to strengthen the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance.
