以苯乙酸和乙醇为原料,高纯氧化钕(99.0%)为催化剂,利用高压微波辐射技术合成了苯乙酸乙酯。考察了各因素对酯化反应的影响,确定的适宜反应条件是:当苯乙酸用量为0.1mol时,催化剂用量为1.2g,n(苯乙酸)∶n(乙醇)=4.0∶1,微波功率为425W,辐射时间8.0min,酯化率可达92%以上。催化剂重复使用6次仍可保持较高活性。所得产品用折射率、红外光谱等手段进行了表征。
Using phenylacetic acid and ethanol as raw materials, high purity neodymium oxide (99.0%) as catalyst, ethyl phenylacetate was synthesized by high pressure microwave irradiation. The effects of various factors on the esterification reaction were investigated. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: the amount of catalyst was 1.2g, the concentration of n (phenylacetic acid): n (ethanol) was 4.0:1, the microwave power 425W, radiation time 8.0min, esterification rate of up to 92%. Reuse of catalyst 6 times can still maintain a higher activity. The resulting product was characterized by refractive index, infrared spectroscopy and other means.
