重度前房积血的合并症很多 ,最重要的是继发青光眼 ,其次是角膜血染。既往对重度前房积血的处理 ,主要采用前房冲洗术 ,但因凝血块充满前房 ,单纯前房冲洗常达不到满意的效果。我院自 1998年 5月以来采用玻璃体切割仪 ,对18例 (18只眼 )重度前房积血患者施行了切割及抽吸手术治 Severe hyphema complications, many of the most important is the secondary glaucoma, followed by corneal blood stained.
