目的探讨婴儿唾液成分与生长发育的关系。方法 280例婴儿按月龄分成1-3个月66例,4-6个月116例,7-9个月72例和10-12个月26例4组。测量婴儿的身长、体重,采集婴儿的唾液,检测K+、Na+、Cl-、淀粉酶、葡萄糖、总蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量。结果随着婴儿身长和体重的增长,唾液成分中淀粉酶的含量逐渐增高(P<0.01),K+、Na+、Cl-的浓度逐渐降低(P<0.01)。结论婴儿唾液成分与生长发育之间存在着一定的相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between infant saliva composition and growth and development. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight infants were divided into three groups according to age, including 66 cases for 1-3 months, 116 cases for 4-6 months, 72 cases for 7-9 months and 26 cases and 4 cases for 10-12 months. Measure the baby’s body weight and body weight, collect the baby’s saliva, detect the content of K +, Na +, Cl-, amylase, glucose, total protein, total cholesterol and triglyceride. Results With the increase of baby ’s length and weight, the content of amylase in saliva was gradually increased (P <0.01) and the concentrations of K +, Na + and Cl - decreased gradually (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between infant saliva composition and growth and development.
