目的:检测良种安的遗传毒理。方法:本研究对良种安进行了LD50测定;检测了小白鼠在不同剂量良种安作用下的微核率、染色体畸变率;并对大剂量组仔鼠的微核率和染色体畸变率进行了检测。结果:良种安的LD50为794g/;1/16LD50剂量对小白鼠的微核率、染色体畸变率无显著影响(P>0.05),而1/8LD50和1/4LD50剂量均有显著性影响(P<0.05);良种安对大剂量组仔代没有显著的致突变效应(P>0.05)。结论:该药用于保存粮食,剂量应控制在1/16LD50剂量以下。
Objective: To detect the genetic safety of elite. Methods: In this study, the LD50 determination of good seed safety was carried out. The micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate of the mice were detected under different doses of good seed safety. The micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of the high dose group were detected . Results: The LD50 of good seed safety was 794g / ; while the dose of 1/16LD50 had no significant effect on the micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of mice (P> 0.05), while the dosage of 1 / 8LD50 and 1 / 4LD50 was significant (P <0.05). There was no significant mutagenic effect on the offspring in the high dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: This medicine is used to preserve food, the dosage should be controlled in 1 / 16LD50 dose below.
