The experiment is based on five healthy men and women as the subjects. The effects of relative humidity (<50% and> 80%), physical activity, and garment thickness on finger skin temperature, finger blood flow and subjective perception were studied at ambient temperature of 7 ° C. The results show that physical activity can improve finger skin temperature, improve finger blood circulation, and reduce the degree of human cold, which suggests that the body should be based on the intensity of physical activity to develop appropriate health standards for heating. Experiments show that under the conditions of 7 ℃, the relative humidity of the finger skin gentle finger blood flow had no significant effect. However, there is a tendency to increase the intensity of cold in high humidity, which is mainly manifested in the decrease of the values of h, a and L in the finger blood flow diagram. Experiments also show that increasing the thickness of the apparel under the condition of sufficient heat retention has no significant effect on improving the blood circulation of the finger and gentle finger.
